Lighting a Fire Under It - Attracting Potential Customers to your Website

Understand that I’m less than halfway through the beginners course here but I do have a couple of other hints to pass on. Instagram! Instagram works if you use the right hashtags. I don’t have any idea what those are yet but that’s in my next lesson. I’m waiting very impatiently for that lesson.

The other is Pinterest. I’ve been posting to Pinterest for several years and I do get referrals. The analytics on my new website let me know the source of the referral and whether they made a purchase. You can scroll to the top of this page and click on the icons to see my Instagram and Pinterest sites.

The best source of new customers is word of mouth. The longer you are in business, the more customers you have and the greater the chance that more business will come your way as a result. Pennie is a big believer of reviews. She always reads them when she’s making an online purchase. I currently have 229 reviews and all of them are five stars out of five. We haven’t set up the reviews tab on this website but we will. It really helps.
